At bprimal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of outdoor wear.

  Ship the Package

  Print your generated shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized postal location or carrier drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
